Summer is on it's way, and there is nothing better than a flavoured spritz in the sun!
Whether you're craving something boozy, or looking for tasty mocktail, we have two delicious recipes here that are perfect for any occasion.
Here are two recipes to get you started for your next sunny day.
Coast Margarita Spritz | Coast Zero Alcohol Paloma

Coast Margarita Spritz
Ingredients:
- 30ml Tequila (we use Tromba Tequila )
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml agave syrup (you can get this from most bottle shops, or use sugar syrup instead)
- 1 can of Lime Coast Hard Seltzer
- Ice
Method:
1. Salt rim your glass. Sprinkle some salt onto a small plate. Put lime juice on the rim of your glass, and dip the glass in the salt. To do this, you can guide a wedge of lime around your glass, or squeeze some onto another small plate and dip.
2. Add your tequila, agave syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. You can just stir the ingredients in a glass if you don't have a shaker.
3. Half fill your shaker with ice, and shake the ingredients until they are combined and cooled. Tip: your cocktail is usually cool enough when condensation starts to appear on your shaker.
4. Pour the contents into your glass.
5. Top with Lime Coast Hard Seltzer. Add your favourite garnish. If you didn't use a shaker, make sure you give your cocktail a bit of a stir before having a sip.

Coast Zero Alcohol Paloma
Ingredients:
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml orange juice
- 1tsp maple syrup
- Coast Zero Pink Grapefruit
- Ice
Method:
1. Salt rim your glass. Sprinkle some salt onto a small plate. Put lime juice on the rim of your glass, and dip the glass in the salt. To do this, you can guide a wedge of lime around your glass, or squeeze some onto another small plate and dip.
2. Add your lime juice, orange juice and maple syrup to your glass and give them a bit of a stir.
3. Fill your glass with ice. Top with Coast Zero Pink Grapefruit. Make sure you give it a stir before you sip!
4. Garnish with your favourite ingredients, we love a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
